- Summary ➢”Lieritt,” a rock-loving young man who dreams of being a cool musician rather than a studious student, is pushed by his parents to get accepted into a prestigious school that used to be an all-girls school and has just started accepting male students for the first time. His high school life, which he thought would be free, turns into a chaotic battle for survival, because in this school, male students are a minority and are constantly scrutinized.
Luckily, Lierit has his best friend, Indy, from his rock band, who also got accepted to the university. Indy is an optimistic young man ready to embrace a new life, especially when he meets Faye, a beautiful senior with hundreds of thousands of followers. Indy falls in love at first sight. But when Indy asks Lierit to get her Instagram, Lierit misunderstands and unexpectedly becomes smitten with Putter, a stoic young man with dreams of becoming an E-Sports athlete. Despite his sweet smile, he has a surprisingly sharp tongue, leading to frequent verbal clashes and making them rivals. To make matters worse, fate plays another trick when Putter ends up as Lierit’s roommate.
Amidst the culture shock of their new school, Lierit comes up with the idea of forming the “You’ll Get Used to It Club” to provide a safe space for minority male students and help them survive in an unfamiliar society. This club becomes a gathering place for a chaotic gang: Indy, who’s on a mission to win over a senior; “Tangte,” a fashion and content creator; “Neo” and “Leo,” identical twins with polar opposite personalities; “Jia,” a fortune teller whose predictions are sometimes accurate and sometimes inaccurate; and Putter, Lierit’s constant rival who’s been dragged into the club against his will.
Besides the gang of boys, Lierit’s life gets even more chaotic when she has to deal with the world of the girls: “Yihwa,” her gossipy classmate; “Min,” a fujoshi (female fan of boys’ love) ready to ship any relationship; “Praw” and “Summer,” a cute couple; and “Fay,” Indy’s dream senior, who becomes a catalyst for changing the hearts of many.
What started as a survival club transformed into a space where everyone discovered themselves—friendship, love, dreams, and growth. This was especially true for Lieritt and Putter, who went from sworn enemies to roommates living side-by-side. From constantly finding fault with each other, they began to see each other’s vulnerabilities. Lieritt, who had a strict rule against dating friends, was the first to break that rule.
But when the secret about Putter’s past crush is revealed, their budding relationship turns into a major heartbreak. Lieritt must choose between walking away to avoid further pain or accepting that the person he once considered his rival might become the most important person in his high school life.
